This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.22013 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this case.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22013 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024 in para No.8(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
