ORDER
This Petition is filed to pass an order directing the respondents herein, particularly the Second respondent to complete the investigation in the due nd respondent within the process of law in crime No.223 of 2025 on the file of 2 time to be stipulated by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though, based on the complaint given by the petitioner/de facto complainant, the respondent registered a case in Crime No.223 of 2025 against the accused, investigation has not been completed. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.
Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is in progress and respondent police will be able to file the final report within a period of four weeks.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 5.
In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report in Crime No.223 of 2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. 2/4

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
