ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct the survey of the land measuring an extent of 0.10 cents in Survey No.151/3C1 and 0.10 cents in Survey No.164/3B1B in A. Settipalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, totally 0.20 cents and demarcate the boundaries by availing the assistance of the third respondent in the event of any obstruction from the private respondents, based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2025, within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

The petitioner owns a property to an extent of 0.10 cents in Survey No.151/3C1 and 0.10 cents in Survey No.164/3B1B situated at A. Settipalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, totally 0.20 cents. In order to survey the said land, the petitioner submitted an application before the respondents. So far the respondents did not take any steps to survey and demarcate the land belongs to the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition.

In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's aforesaid land based on the title deed produced by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and to serve the survey report to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that, if the surveyor concerned is obstructed by third parties while surveying the subject land, the said surveyor can approach the jurisdictional police seeking police aid and on such request, the jurisdictional police shall provide adequate police protection to the surveyor.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
