This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23203 of 2024 by order dated 24.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Judicial Magistrate on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 65 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police for more than 65 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23203 of 2024 by order dated 24.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
