ORDER

This Criminal Revision has been filed to set aside the order dated 13.11.2019, made in Crl.M.P.No.490 of 2019 in S.C.No.179 of 2018 passed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 227 of Cr.P.C., to discharge him from the charges in S.C.No.179 of 2018. The learned II Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee, by order, dated 13.11.2019, dismissed the discharge petition in Crl.M.P.No.490 of 2019 in S.C.No.179 of 2018, against which, the petitioner preferred the above revision. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the trial Court has framed the charges against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the above Criminal Revision and filed a memo to that effect.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the memo filed, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
