ORDER

Earlier this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 20673 of 2025, dated 28.07.2025 with certain conditions imposed against the petitioner, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No. 7(b) which reads as follows:- "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 am for a period of six months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation."

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent/State submits that final report not yet filed and investigation has not yet concluded. The petitioner has been complying with the conciliations imposed by this Court regularly. 3.After hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court modifies the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 20673 of 2025, dated 28.07.2025, wherein, the relevant Para No.7(b) which reads as follow:- "7(b). The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. once in a fortnight for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation."

4.The rest of the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 20673 of 2025, dated 28.07.2025, shall remains unaltered. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
