ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 5(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21114 of 2023, dated 13.09.2023, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report is filed before the District Mahila Court, Thiruvarur, which is yet to be numbered.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 5(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 21114 of 2023, dated 13.09.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the District Mahila Court, Thiruvarur on 03.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate concerned.
