ORDER

By an order dated 24.01.2025, I had ordered the transfer of I.D.O.P. No. 59 of 2024 from the file of the Principal District Judge at Villupuram to the file of the Family Judge at Puducherry.

2. Mr. S. Saravana Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that at the time of arguments, both sides have agreed that the matter may be transferred to the Family Court at Cuddalore instead of the Family Court at Puducherry.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent in the modification petition and for the petitioner in the main Tr. C.M.P., also agrees that was the actual states of affairs.

4. As the order of this Court dated 24.01.2025 has not captured the actual state of affairs, it requires to be modified.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 24.01.2025 shall be read as "Family Court at Cuddalore" instead of "Family Court at Puducherry". In all other respects, the order shall remain the same. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

6. The learned Family Judge, Puducherry, is requested to transfer the papers to the Family Court at Cuddalore immediately on receipt of this order; and on receipt of the papers from the Family Court at Puducherry, the learned Family Judge shall immediately re-number the same and issue notice to the parties.
