Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned demand dated 25.11.2003 for Rs.37,880/- towards electricity consumption charges for Mahalakshmi Rice Mill in S.C.No.8, at No.8, Chennai Trunk Road, Tindivanam and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and consequently forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from disconnecting power supply in the said premises. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition, as the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
