Patty Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem district.

ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the stay application filed by him, dated 08.12.2023.
3. If any stay petition is filed by the petitioner, the District Collector, Salem District, shall decide such petition expeditiously, preferably within a period of fifteen days.
