Prayer: Petition filed under Order XLVII Rule 1 &2 r/w sec.114 of C.P.C., praying to review the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16378 of 2019, dated 10.09.2019 and render a fresh judgment on merits.

ORDER

This Review Application (Writ ) is filed, seeking to review the order passed by this Court in WP.No.16378 of 2019, dated 10.09.2019.

2.The learned Additional Solicitor General of India would submit that inadvertently Mrs. R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader (State Government) has entered wrongly her appearance for the respondents in the Writ Petition and hence, her name may not be mentioned on behalf of the respondents.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Addl. Solicitor General of India the name of Mrs. R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader, for the respondents, in the said order shall be replaced with the name of "Mr.G.Krathikeyan, Addl. Solicitor General of India" similar replacement of name shall be made in paragraph No.4 of the order alone.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary corrections mentioned above and issue fresh copies to the concerned parties, free of cost, forthwith.

5. Accordingly, this Review Application is closed. No costs.
