This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents herein to conduct enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 17.07.2025 and consequently to cancel the patta vide patta No.1264 dated 06.08.2024.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 17.07.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 2/4
