O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Pursuant to the orders passed by the Division Bench on 20.03.2024, a survey has been conducted and the Surveyor has identified five encroachments in the form of Toilet, Compound Wall and Shops. The photographs produced by the learned Government Pleader shows that those encroachments have since been removed. Hence, we do not see any reason to proceed with this contempt petition. This Contempt Petition is therefore, closed.
