ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17829 of 2025, dated 27.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submits that the petitioner is a resident of Dindigul District and his occupation is also based in Dindigul District. Due to condition imposed by this Court, he is unable to continue his occupation, resulting in a financial crisis that hampers his ability to meet his day to day expenses. Hence, he prays that this Court to modify the said condition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17829 of 2025, dated 27.06.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Dindigul Taluk police station, Dindigul District everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 24-09-2025 gbi
