ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction the respondents herein to take over the control of administration of the A/m. Amirthavalli Thaayar Samedha Sri Lakshmi Narasimmha Perumal Temple, situated at Ramapuram, Chennai-600 089, by considering the representation dated 11.06.2025.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he made a representation before the respondents on 11.06.2025 for mishandling the temple funds by the temple management and for taking appropriate action against them. The same is not considered and hence, the present writ petition has filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the enquiry is going on and appropriate orders will be passed in this regard.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
