O R D E R

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to grant adequate police protection for conducting lawful survey and demarcation of the land bearing Survey No.74/2F, situated at Nagalpatti Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District ad-measuring to an extent of 0.37.3/4 cents as against the fearsome activities of the 5th respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, though there is no dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent, the 5th respondent is not allowing to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property and causing disturbance.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner can very well file an ordinary suit for survey under the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act and on such application is filed before the concerned Court, let the survey be conducted as per law.
