This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25543 of 2024 by an order dated 18.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai - 104, on all working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 25 days and investigation is completed in this case. He would further submit that the respondent police has not yet filed the final report.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition in para no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25543 of 2024 on 18.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on

every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA.,J.
