ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent herein to consider the representation on 29.03.2024 by the petitioner herein.
2. The petitioner had filed an appeal on 29.03.2024 challenging the issuance of patta to one Suyam Prakash, the 3rd respondent herein. Suyam Prakash has transferred petitioner's property under his son's name, who has also obtained patta. Challenging the same, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent on 29.03.2024, the same has no yet taken for hearing. Neither the petitioner have been served nor sent notice.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this writ petition is allowed and a mandamus is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 29.03.2024, and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
