This petition is filed to condone the delay of 403 days in preferring the present appeal.

2.The sole respondent is represented by Mr.V.T.Balaji, the learned Senior Panel Counsel. Upon examining the reasons set out in the petition and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, the delay is condoned.

Consequently, the Registry is directed to number and list the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
