This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's patta transfer application 2025/0105/08/630315 on 14.08.2025 for issuance of patta in respect of the property situated at S.F.No.249/1A admeasuring to an 1/4

extent of 1.65 acres of Thangayur Village, Edapaddi Taluk, Sankari Sub Registration District, Salem Registration District within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and an endorsement is also made to that effect in the case bundle. 3.

In view of the above request, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the rejection order in respect of issuance of patta in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
