This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24244 of 2024 by an order dated 01.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases Coimbatore on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 55 days and investigation is pending in this matter. He would further submit that there are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition in para no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24244 of 2024 on 01.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
