The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.319 of 2023 on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge at Ponneri.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 18.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.319 of 2023.

3. The learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur at Ponneri has submitted a report stating that originally, the suit was presented before the Principal District Court at Thiruvallur on 04.07.2023 and was taken on file on 07.07.2023. Subsequently, due to the bifurcation of the territorial jurisdiction, the said suit has been transferred to the present Court. The report further states that the issues were framed on 13.11.2024 and the suit has been listed for trial on 22.01.2025. 4.Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur at Ponneri to dispose of O.S.No.319 of 2023 2/4

within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
