O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the application filed by the petitioner on 19.10.2019 and transfer the patta in favour of the petitioner.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the first respondent has fixed the date of enquiry on 17.08.2020 at 11.00.a.m. The petitioner can participate with all documents relied upon by him for the purpose of transferring the patta in his favour.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner and complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
