This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7 in Crl.O.P.No.14479 of 2023 vide order dated 25.08.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the nature of offence, this Court has imposed the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 20 of 2023. Hence this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition. However, time is granted till 23.02.2024 to comply with the said condition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed.
