This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the complaint registered in Crime No.136 of 2025 dated 05.05.2025 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), would submit that in this case, the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Vellore, on 08.10.2025.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report before the said Court in the manner known to law.
