ORDER

The petitioner husband in H.M.O.P.No.1105 of 2022 pending on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai has filed the above 1/5

Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw the above H.M.O.P and to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District, and to be tried along with O.P.No.169 of 2022 and M.C.No.27 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection for H.M.O.P.No.1105 of 2022 to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District, and to be tried along with O.P.No.169 of 2022 and M.C.No.27 of 2022. 3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records.

4.Considering the fact that the respondent has no objection, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.1105 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District, and to be tried along with O.P.No.169 of 2022 and M.C.No.27 of 2022.

5.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
