This matter is listed today at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner under the caption 'for clarification'.

2. It is seen that there is mismatch in the name of the petitioner, mentioned as TVA Sri Chakra Limited and the name of the petitioner as mentioned in the cause title being TVS Sri Chakra Limited.

3. The said typographical error be rectified by the Registry and a fresh copy of the order incorporating the correct name of the petitioner issued.
