ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.07.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 109 and 61(2) altered into Sections 103(1), 61(2) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No.328 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The allegation is that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased and due to illegal intimacy with A2, they conspired together and administered poison through the juice to the deceased and the deceased died on 18.07.2025.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and she was custody from 16.07.2025 (for the past 60 days).
4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reported that totally two accused, A2 already arrested and detained under Act 14 of 1982 under 'habitual offender'. 2/4
5. Considering the overt act of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
