A.No.1986 of 2024 in C.S.No.1211 of 1992 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to bring on record the applicants 2 and 3 herein as plaintiffs 3 and 4 in C.S.No.1211 of 1992 being the children of the 1st plaintiff since deceased.

2.This application has been necessitated pursuant to the demise of the 1st plaintiff, K.Loganathan on 18.09.2006. It is also mentioned in the affidavit that since the estate of the deceased K.Loganathan already represented in the above suit that there is no abatement in view of the demise of the 1st plaintiff.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the defendants also have no objection, this application is ordered.
