A.No.1987 of 2024 in C.S.No.1211 of 1992 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to recognize the plaintiffs 2, 3 and 4 and the defendants 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant.

2.This application has been necessitated pursuant to the demise of the 1st defendant, Dhanalakshmi on 15.09.2023.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the defendants also have no objection, this application is ordered.
