ORDER

The husband seeks transfer of M.C.No.7 of 2024 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II at Mathuranthakam to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Tindivanam.

2. The respondent/wife is a 24 year old young woman. As she has not been maintained by her husband, who is said to be working with the Judicial Department in the Government of Pondicherry, she has filed a maintenance petition in M.C.No.7 of 2024.

3. The reason for seeking transfer is that the husband is finding it difficult to travel from Pondicherry to Mathuranthakam. I notice from the cause title that the wife is residing at Keezhmaruvathur, within the taluk limits of Cheyyur. Mathuranthakam is closer to Keezhmaruvathur than Tindivanam.
