ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.08.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 109,118(1), 126(2),296(b), 309(4) of BNS Act in Crime No.259 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners joined hands with other accused and waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.1050/- from him at knife point and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, this case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and sought for bail to the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent while opposing the bail to the petitioners, reiterated the 2/4
prosecution case and states that the first petitioner has fifteen previous cases and the second petitioner has four previous cases. 5.Considering the facts, gravity of offence and the bad antecedent of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
