This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation the case in Cr.No.359 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and file a final report. 1/4

2. When the case was taken up, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost over and the respondent will be filing the final report within a period of one month.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent, there shall be a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
