Today, when the matter is listed under the caption "For Reporting Compliance", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition imposed on him by this Court, vide order dated 23.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30322 of 2024, since the petitioner has been arrested in another case. 2.
