ORDER

The matter is listed under the caption "for reporting compromise." 2.Pending the revision, the parties have come to an amicable settlement, the terms of which, have been reduced to writing in and by a memo of compromise dated 25.09.2025. The petitioners and contesting 8th respondent are signatories to the memo of compromise and the petitioners are present before this Court and the Secretary representing the 8th respondent society is also present.

3.The learned counsel for the parties state that the memo of compromise can be recorded and the revision be disposed of in terms of memo of compromise.

4.I find that the petitioners have accepted to pay a sum of Rs.73,50,000/- to the 8th respondent society, which is being paid by way of Demand Draft to the 8th respondent by end of today. The said amount is accepted by the 8th respondent in full and final settlement and the 8th 2/4

respondent has also undertaken to issue a no objection certificate to enable the petitioners to deal with the property on receipt of the said amount of Rs.73,50,000/-. The 8th respondent also has undertaken to return original sale deed No.4666 /2004 dated 16.04.2004 and the original power of Attorney document No.10102003 accorss receipt of Rs.73,50,000/-. 5.In view of the settlement reached between the parties, I am inclined to dispose of the revision by recording the memo of compromise dated 25.09.2025, which shall form part and parcel of this civil revision petition. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of. no costs.
