This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15118 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13830 of 2023 dated 22.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on any working day at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required.
