(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The order dated 25.11.2019 issued under Sub-Section (I) of Section 416 of the Pondicherry Municipalities Act, 1973 is under challenge in the present writ proceedings.

The said order is susceptible to an appeal under Section 420 of the Pondicherry Municipalities Act, 1973. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing of such appeal, the delay if any is to be condoned, taking note of the period during which the writ petition was pending before the High Court.
