This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20163 of 2023, by an order dated 14.9.2023, shall report before the respondent Police, weekly twice at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 am., for a further period of four weeks and thereafter, monthly once at 10.30 am., until further orders.
