ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to restrain the respondents 1 to 3 from any manner registering instruments filed by the 4 th respondent with regard to the petitioner's property to the extent of 0.10.0 Ares (25 cents) comprised in Survey No. 194/5A in Patta No. 2190 situated in Olaipadi Village, Kilpennathur Tauk, Tiruvannamalai District.

2.Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the deed of partition dated 13.08.2008 vide Doc.No.1694/2008, the property comprised in Survey No.156/2, New Survey No.194/7 land to the extent of 1.99 Acre and 07.5 cents of "water well" situated in Olaipadi Village, Kilpennathur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District was allocated to the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner mutated the revenue records in his name and from thereon the petitioner is in absolute possession and enjoyment of the property.

While so, one Nathan, the Secretary of Vetavallam Social Development Organization without having any existing land, title and revenue records has executed the sale deed th dated 20.11.2023 in Doc.No.4163/2023 in favour of one Swami Punithavathi/4 respondent to an extent of 0.10.00 Ares (0.25 cents) comprised in New Survey No.194/5A, which is exclusive possession and enjoyment of the petitioner and the revenue records and title deeds are stands in the petitioner's name.

However, the same is pending without any progress. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 5.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the protest petition filed by the petitioner will be considered by the respondents 1 to 3.

6.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ
