C.M.P.No.3247 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 648 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement due to death of Narayanasamy, the 1st respondent in the above S.A.No.520 of 2012.

2. C.M.P.No.3251 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 8, as the legal representatives of the deceased, Narayanasamy, 1st respondent and rank them as respondents 3 to 8, in the above S.A.No.520 of 2012.

3. C.M.P.No.18282 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 166 days in filing the petition to set aside the order dated 23.01.2024 passed against the petitioner / appellant in S.A.No.520 of 2012.

4. C.M.P.No.3252 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of Narayanasamy, the 1st respondent in the above S.A.No.520 of 2012.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. There is no representation for the respondent.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are ordered.

7. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.3251 of 2024, Registry is directed to list the case on 24.10.2024.
