This application has been filed only on 19.12.2023, though, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator was expired on 23.11.2021. The arbitral tribunal could not be completed on account of the outbreak of Covid 19.

2. Be that as it may, the proceedings has to attain a finality. Notice that was taken out on the respondent has been served, as is evident from the Affidavit of Service filed by the applicant. Despite the same, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent either in person or through counsel who appeared for the respondent before the learned Arbitrator.

3. Considering the same, Court is inclined to allow this application. This application stands allowed. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
