ORDER

This Court on hearing the learned counsel for applicant found that even though negotiations were going on till the year 2024, right from November 2024 till the date of filing of this application, not even the trigger notice has been given under Section 21 of the Act. Therefore, this Court expressed its mind to the learned counsel for the applicant that there is no manifest intention to arbitrate.

5/7 2.The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant will issue the trigger notice and thereafter, approach this Court. 3.Recording the above submission, this application is closed with liberty to approach with the same cause of action.
