This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1499 days in representing the C.M.A.Sr.No.133049 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner.

3. Since the delay of 1499 days was solely created by the appellant for the non-payment of deficit Court fee, this Court deems it appropriate to impose cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, Madras High Court on or before 28.01.2024. On compliance with the above condition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Post the matter on 29.01.2024 under the caption "for reporting compliance".
