For Applicant : Mr.R.A. Gopinath - - - - - The respondents have been duly served with the notice in this application. This Court by its order, dated 09.12.2024 appointed an Advocate Commissioner to seize the vehicle from the respondents. The Advocate Commissioner pursuant to the said order has also seized the 1/3

said vehicle. She has also submitted a report to that effect before this Court. Since the respondents remain unrepresented despite service of notice, they are set ex-parte by this Court.

2. After recording the fact that the Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court has seized the vehicle pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 09.12.2024, this application is disposed of.

3. The applicant is directed to pay in addition to Rs.20,000/- ordered by this Court on 20.01.2025, a further sum of Rs.10,000/- as additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner. In all, a total sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) is payable to the Advocate Commissioner towards her remuneration, and the same shall be paid by the applicant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
