This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 676 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the Judgment dated 11.08.2023 in C.A.No.226 of 2020 passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
