This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 20.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 16990 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17045 of 2023 to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and this Petition stands allowed.
