Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- passed in order dated 13.12.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.33501/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SELVENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.THANKIRA, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) order passed in Crl.O.P.No.33501 of 2019, dated 13.12.2019.

2. Though there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 03.01.2020, this Court, directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 10.01.2020. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, hence, this petition is dismissed for nonhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
