This petition is filed to transpose the petitioner/3rd respondent as 2nd appellant as the legal heir of the deceased original appellant Sri Ranganathan in A.S.No.74 of 2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
