By an order dated 09.09.2025, I had directed the Writ Petitioner to furnish the details sought for by the third respondent in Sl.No.2 and 3 in Paragraph No.1 of the order.
2. I posted this today for compliance. When the matter was called for hearing Mr.A.Mohamed Gouse, learned Standing Counsel for the writ petitioner has handed over the certified copies of the required documents to the third respondent herein. The third respondent party-in-person is present 2/5
in Court. He also acknowledges the receipt of the information sought for. The same is recorded.
3. Consequently nothing remains to be adjudicated in the Writ Petition. In the light of compliance as well as the reasons given in the order dated 09.09.2025, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
