ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.07.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 132, 351(3) of BNS and 25(1A), 27(2) of Arms Act, in Crime No.150 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The allegation is that when the police party attempted to execute the NBW issued against the petitioner herein in S.C.No.315 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, this petitioner threatened them with sword and attacked the police party.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a false case has been foisted against the petitioner and even he is custody for 56 days and he is ready to abide by any conditions imposed by this Court.

4. The learned PP submitted that the petitioner is having 19 previous cases and threatened the police team with dire consequence.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having 19 previous cases, 2/4

this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
